1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LankaSwap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site/app.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on LankaSwap's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. User Conduct

As a user of LankaSwap, you agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
  • Post fraudulent or misleading content.
  • Post objectionable, offensive, or abusive content.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations of our Community Guidelines will result in immediate content removal and may lead to account suspension or permanent ban. We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action to maintain community safety.

4. Trading and Swapping

LankaSwap provides a platform for users to swap items. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised.

5. LS Points and Payments

LankaSwap operates on a point-based system. LS Points have no real-world monetary value outside of the platform and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
